Basic Eligibility Rules

Under age 50: Must have 10 years of continuous active service and Health Plan coverage; and active participation and coverage in the Health Plan for the immediate 12 months prior to termination of employment.

Age 50 and over: Must have 5 years of continuous active service and Health Plan coverage; and active participation and coverage in the Health Plan for the immediate 12 months prior to termination of employment.

Spouses/Dependents must be covered for one (1) year prior to retirement.
